We are agile but professional and our services are always tailored to client specific needs. LEAN philosophy is our way of functioning and we want to identify and eliminate waste as well as be truly present in accordance with the Gemba principle. To us Energy Care means actively and systematically maximizing production on a daily basis. We are where we can be of most benefit, in accordance with the Gemba principle. Together with the stakeholders, we design a process that we commit to and apply on a daily level to achieve our common goal. By coordinating production, we ensure a systematic way of functioning. On a monthly level we stop together to consider the production, through availability, performance and quality.
We analyse the defects causing production losses and together with the turbine provider we eliminate recurrent defects through root cause analysis and the principles of continuous improvement (Kaizen). By proactiveness and active control we minimise corrective maintenance need. Succesfull action requires strong co-opearation with maintenance organizsation.
Our goal is to help our client earn more. We report on production and maintenance daily, weekly and monthly. Our definition of Energy Care includes for example these concrete measures:
Our Asset Care service is a systematic and professional approach to taking care of your energy assets. We make sure your service agreements are up to date and corresponding to your needs. We take charge of all stakeholder communication locally as well as globally, and take care of all acquisitions regarding your energy assets, whether large or small. We oversee that different kinds of warranty issues related to your assets are dealt with on time. We verify the turbine provider’s reports concerning maintenance and performance, and we actively look for places of improvement according to the Kaizen principle. We report monthly on production and maintenance. Asset Care can include for example the following measures:
We see Project Care as professional project management tailored to different needs. Whether it is repair work for a wind turbine in active production or preliminary studies for a wind farm in its planning stages, our team knows how to make sure the desired goals are met.
